*The figure 1 is about my calories  that’s intake in 7 days eating dieting food.In histogram telling about  the most highest calories and days thursday the lowest is days wednesday calories intake and my pie charts meaning about what the eating food most calories on breakfast the lowest is other/snacks at pie charts calories.*The most dieting trends in this years many people tried “The Keto Diet” meant eating a diet that’s very low in carbohydrates and moderate in protein, so that 70 to 80 percent of your total energy intake comes from calories the benefit if you deprive your body of its main source of energy (glucose from carbohydrate-containing foods), it goes into a state of ketosis, where it burns fat stored in the body for fuel instead.
